All we can say is thank the lord that winter is on its way out. Not only are we looking forward to sun-drenched days, but it's also the perfect launching pad for new colour collections. While we have enjoyed our winter love affair with the blues, blacks, deep reds and navies we are excited about brightening things up.
OPI presents it's new colour collection: Holland. Inspired by all things Dutch, the collection comprises of twelve new colours perfect for spring and summer. Even if you don't like the colour collection (which you almost certainly will!) you have got to love the names. Monikers such as 'Vampsterdam', 'Roll In The Hague', 'Thanks a WindMillion' and my personal favourite, 'Wooden Shoe Like To Know!' will be enough to rouse you from your winter blues!
It got us thinking. If you could create a polish, what colour would it be and what would you name it if you had to use your country as inspiration? As a Brit, and a Yorkshire girl at that, I figured I'd have to create a gorgeous, silky grey with a bit of a shimmer and call it: Ey-Uptown Lass.
