E file for beginners

Would like to begin training with an efile and looking for recommendations on the file and bits. I’d rather spend a bit extra for something that will last but cant be in insane price either .
any help appreciated x

I've got the Saeyang K38 Clip. I've had it a year now and it's great. Very quiet, no vibration. It's cordless so easily transportable as well.
