E file training certificates not received

Hi, just wondering if anyone out there can give me some advice. I recently took 1 to 1 training in using the e file, I was advised that I would receive a certificate but have not received one over a month later. How do I stand with insurance as the training provider has said she posted it over 3 weeks ago and when prompted re posted it on Tuesday but I still haven’t received it. Hope this makes sense?

Have you contacted the company’s head office and get them to send it? I don’t think you’ll be insured until you get the certificate - best to phone your insurance though x

Try asking them to send you a copy of the certificate via email for your insurer while you wait for your one in the post.
