My client is cuming back for infill this mon so it hasn't even been 2 weeks since she had her nails done. I feel really bad x x

Talk us through your prep - that is the usual culprit if it is zone 3.

Here we go

1st Cuticle remover
2nd Push back cuticle
3rd Remove any cuticle with nippers if needed
4th clean nail plate with coolblue
5th Remove Shine with Koala

Would appreciate your advice x

Here we go

1st Cuticle remover Are you using CND cuticle remover
2nd Push back cuticle You are pushing back the eponychium, cuticle is the debris left on the nail plate as the nail grows, it should be removed from the nail plate with a suitable tool, I use a chisel and a curette
3rd Remove any cuticle with nippers if needed You should only nip off bits of dead skin or hangnails.
4th clean nail plate with coolblue After using cuticle remover you must remove all traces with water to which a little citrus soak or equivalent has been added
5th Remove Shine with Koala .........and then you use Scrubfresh to really cleanse the nail plate thoroughly right down into the sidewalls - 5 seconds for each nail

Would appreciate your advice x
I hope this has helped you xx

Thankyou, i think my problem is not removing the cuticle remover properly x

Also, Cool Blue is not a nail plate cleanser and should not be used for this job.. It is a hand sanitiser.

You must use Scrub Fresh on the nail Plate after all traces of Cuticle Remover have been removed in the way Adele suggested. hth

i also use a designer nails probe its a great little tool for geting right into the sidewalls

It is a fab metal instrument for removing cuticle buildup down the sidewalls and eponychium and is available from Sweet Squared on 08452106060. They will send.
