:eek::lol: did anyone see it ....???

so.....who was wrong....how could it have been better resolved/handled....what would you have done....

I saw it, I think she could have been a little more polite and said 'I will get my manager, if you are that unhappy' or something to that effect

i think not being on drugs would have helped!

Didn't see it but perhaps you could enlighten us.

omg how did I miss that? I love 'Enders!! what happened?

Grit her teeth, smiled and re - varnished them would have helped
and been cheaper than what the client ended up with!
:smack: naughty chelsea lol

I think the point of it was to illustrate the effects of her coke habit and also her bad attitude in general,

COMON LADIES it was a bloody soap it wouldnt be very entertaining if she said 'gosh im awfully sorry for having a coke hangover, but please feel free to put your complaint in writing.'

I think this thread is a serious case of us taking these poorly written soaps too seriously.

Well the therapist had the disadvantage that she was suffering from cocaine withdrawal!

Didn't you see the  in my initial post.....no-one is taking anything too serious...its was a light hearted thread....and one not to be taken so serious..:)

i thought.....'go chealsea!!!' if only we could do that in real life that would feel so good!!! to say what you want to a stuck up client like that!!hehe
but obvioulsy i wouldn't, as tanya said the client is always right!

I thought to improve the situation she could have put her hand over her mouth when she was yawning.

I also thought that Tanya was not taking it too seriously as she finished Chelsea's telling off by saying something along the lines of "if you ever use the word bum in front of a client again you are sacked" LOL.

trust me to miss it!
i will have to watch the catch up later.

:lol: ohh sorry next time i will say bottom !!

i was hopeing to see a close up of the nails...

The client was particularly uperty... but Chelsea was a disgrace and I think I would have got 'uperty' if I had a therapist treating me like that.

At lease Tanya stayed calm and tried to defuse the situation but yet still keeping a little assertiveness. The client definitely had the upper hand though .. lol!!!

it doesnt really help when she is a coke head , lol  not exactley the best way of upping your work performance is it ,
these storylines are pants , it repeats over and over , theres always someone hooked on drugs in eastenders

Also teeny bit of topic, but did anyone else notice how Keith Millers "lottery win" and drunken speech in the square was a little "frank Gallagher" from shameless

ohh just watched it

wouldn't it be great to tell them what you think

i must go and add a few pennies to my prices for the extra politeness i give

Lmaoooo ........... Dont get carried away offering freebies !!!!!!

The client remembers them all lol

Great bit of soapy telly ........... luv it xx

You see this is why I only watch Coronation Street....it is a documentary don't you know!!!

I saw about 10 minutes of the Sunday rerun this week, the first time I'd watched it since Christmas, and the way the script went I am sure that it was actually the next episode!!!!!! Only thing it needed was someone wanting to kill Ian Beale (unless they already have!!!) and I'd have thought it was the SAME episode!!!
