ebay post offer code??????????

hi i think i may be going mad but when i logged onto ebay today i am sure i got a notice and code for free postage but cant seem to get it. i think the code was somethng like CHEERS1 or something but not sure.......

CHEERS1 is the code you need if its the same one for everyone! i wrote it down this morning!

you buy as normal then when you pay via paypal you use the code at the bottom when it tells you how much to pay

How come I've never been sent a code:cry:??? and I am a bit of an ebay addict! (although I have been on there a LOT LESS after finding this site lol!!) can I use the code or is it only people who get sent the code?
