Many years ago when I went to salons to have nail enhancements they used to use an electric drill - which burnt:Scared:

I know this speeds up the time taken to do enhancements but does it give a better result if used properly? and do I need to take a training course in order to use one in the UK? If yes does anyone know of a good one in the Bournemouth area?

xx

I think you should always have training in something you are not sure of, Don't know about your area but check out the young nails website it tells you where their educators are, I just did my course with them and I am much more confident in using it and yes it does speed up my service.

Burning is a result from someone not using the e-file correctly or from using an inadequate e-file (not enough power, so pressure is needed). It can happen on occasion, but not with every service and on every nail. Along with taking a class to learn how to use an e-file, using it on yourself also teaches you how it feels and what pressure to use.
