Whats is the best e file to use?

This is like asking which enhancement system is best.
It's a personal choice and about what your needs are.

Vicki Peters has a Kupa line of e-files that are very popular. That might be a good place to start your research and compare the e-files.

I haven't used the Kupa but have a Young Nails YN-99 it is really great, lightweight, doesn't slip and is really quiet with little vibration. :)

I love Marathon KPH3000. it works perfectly for me. the speed is from 0 to 30000. it's very quiet, no vibration even if the speed is low. handpiece is very light so your arm won't feel tired even when you're using drill longer time. i also do pedicure using this drill and the result is just great:green:
