emails not arriving

I'm having a few problems with my email account. its a hotmail account which I have had for years, and I also have my [email protected] from my website redirected to my hotmail.

So, firstly pazzy and Mr Chick said that they weren't getting my emails.

but a lot of people ARE getting them OK.

Now 3 students have said that they haven't received any emails from me. This is extremely annoying as I pride myself on answering emails promptly.

2 students turned up for a course yesterday without their manuals which I had emailed them with instructions on printing them off to bring with them, and also an intenary of the day.

I got a call today from someone booked on a course with me tomorrow saying that she hadn't received any information from me and didn't know if the course was going ahead or not. Now, I emailed her a week Tuesday and again on the weekend and then again yesterday and she hasn't received anything.

Am not sure what to do. any suggestions?

I am going to have to do something as I am going to be / probably already are losing business over this.

I had this problem a few weeks ago Ann, also with a hotmail address. Several emails went astray over the course of a week or two, but then it seemed to right itself.

I'm just a bit nervous now, as half a dozen people have not been getting them.
I've transferred all the addresses to my other hotmail account and pazzy says she has received it, so thats one good thing.
