Employment contracts

Hi,

Does anyone know where i can download an employment contract rather that carving one out myself? I'm just about to take on my first member of staff (nail tech) and know what i want to put in the contract but don't want to miss out any other important bits, so if anyone can nudge me in the right direction, please do! (n.b. i've been on buisiness link already!)

i think it depends on what YOUR needs are flower - if i can remember - my contract states

my weekly hours
what i need to do if quiet ( like helping out with cleaning up etc)
reception and answering phone/booking appts
if you paid to put them thro a training course - you want your money back with certain times (if they leave within 3 months and you paid for them to train you want 100% of the cost back)
if they leave they cant work within a mile radius (your choice of mileage)
things like that flower

i was employed at a nail tech - but with discussions with the boss - im now a nail tech/beauty therapist - you have to discus this also with your nail tech and see if she can accomodate if needs be

Why dont you use the business link tool to get all the main stuff in then just add the extra bits in on an extra paper or use the section for extra terms. I used the tool last week to draw up a contract for my staff it was great just answered a few questions then downloaded took me around 20 mins
