Environmentally friendly nail salon practices?

So ladies hit me up with the environmentally friendly practices you use in you salons. Do you use a refuge disposal service and how much is this on a monthly basis?

I work from home so any items that can be recycled just go in my household recycling boxes for weekly pick up.

I've been wondering the same, I'm training, and as someone who limits disposable products in their every day life, I've been thinking are there any ways to reduce the amount of disposables used without compromising hygiene standards?

I keep my couch roll as it’s usually only got a few creases in it and I just think what a waste, it’s fab for cleaning mirrors etc
