I am interested in these products and how would I go about doing the whole salon out in introducting the products, and who do I contact to get further training and information. :Grope:

With elemis and espa they have a stipulation of a at least 2 rooms in your establishment.

If you meet that criteria, I would simply google their names and you will come up with their contact details.

If you don't think you can cover that simple stipulation, start looking at other skincare ranges.

Thankyou I will try that.

Espa are very particular and i am operating my salon from a hotel and have asked if i can be supplied with there espa products, and being asked if i have 2 rooms or more, which i do. They have another hotel that not even close to where i am and will have to speak to them if it does not effect there business so then i might be able to use the espa products as for treatments, and in the same breathe i was told to go and try elemis. Doing my own research there are salons operating from that use espa products so why am i being excluded.

I use Elemis as one of the ranges in my salon. The treatments are lovely as are the products. I was looking at opening another salon last year and when I spoke to my rep at the beauty show she told me the min opening order (8) and she told me 4 rooms although with the recession they were looking to be flexible. I do love the products but am not sure, if I was opening up again, that I would go for them. They do seem to like the bigger salons/spa's.

Oh well i'm sure there products and treatments are very nice. But I dont think there professional enough to my standard the person I have spoken to and in comming back with a response. Very poor customer service.
