Exante Diet or other VLCD

Anyone doing any of these at the moment? I'm doing exante - started 10 days ago, have lost half a stone. I did lighter life 7 years ago and lost 3 stone in 3 months but after 3 pregnancies had put it all back on and more! Eek! Would love to lose at least 3 stone this time. Finding it quite easy at the moment as it's falling off fast but know I will find it harder later.

I've tried just about every diet going over the years but this is the one that works for me.

I'm not doing either of those (sorry!) however I am in to my 2nd day of a 5 day detox...
However just wanted to say that I'm sure there's an Exante? Diet pack on one if the deal sites. I saw it yesterday I think. I didn't look at it so not sure if it'll be any use but might save some cash

Yes probably they often have exante deals on. I get lots of emails from them too offering discounts so it's not too expensive!

Looks like I'm on my own on this one then! Never mind I will carry on.
