Why? For what benefit?

I don't know of any (but I'm not expert, lol!) - as far as I am aware nail products are available wherever there is distibution. So, CND is a US company but S2 distribute in the UK. I can't imagine manufacturers wanting to restrict availability by country - they want their products in as many places as possible.......

these japanese salon are more likely thailand peopl not japans, but i think they get in bulk these cheap Mononer that ruin people nails and if you stick to a reputable cosmetic house which offer product transition training and support then it should automatically deliver better then those bulk buyers.
Most of the good houses like to see a qualification prior to purchases as well to ensure they dont get bought by ebayers and self trained people who land up giving that particular cosmetic house a bad name.

I know NSI and Calgel are both gppd with nice customer service.

Most L&P (even apparently country specific) is manufactured in the US to the specifics of the importer or distributor.

Anyone can do it, all you have to have is money to get you started with your very own product...

I think you are making a big mistake in setting any country, race, colour or creed as a good or bad tech anymore then you should do so to denote if they are a good or bad person.
Prejudice is ugly and IMO not a good thing to encourage especially as this is an international site. With many diverse people using and enjoying the benefits and friendships on offer here.
