We are a boutique salon located minutes from Clapham Junction station - and were looking for a nail technician to work in partnership with the founder of NNB on a self-employed, full time basis, ideally with an immediate start.
You will need the experience below and a proactive attitude and a desire to really build up your business so that you
· Previous salon experience
· Driven to build a solid client base of familiar faces who are loyal and provide repeat business
· Must be able to work Tuesdays - Saturdays 12-8 and maybe the odd Sunday.
· Available for promotional work - to be discussed with notice
· Friendly and approachable to all clients
· Must be able to do Acrylic, Gel, Mani, Pedi, Nail Art and Gel Polish. All to a high standard, but happy to take direction and be retrained to the NNB way of doing treatments.
· Speak English to a good standard.
· Candidates must be qualified minimum NVQ2 or equivalent.
· A good sense of teamwork
· Wandsworth personal license and insurance.
There is real scope in this role to develop a business base for yourself as there are lots of walk-ins and the opportunity to get repeat business is huge. The NNB name is now quite established and the salon has a really nice reputation so the building blocks of a successful enterprise are there as a really great supportive beginning for a nail technician with an entrepreneurial streak who doesnt want to be completely isolated - or face the hassle of finding premises etc.
