Extension suppliers

Sorry if this has been asked before.

There are so many suppliers out there for extensions

I keep hearing mixed reviews about some.

Who does everyone use?

And also, in each weft pack, approximately what width is each weave? Does this typically do 1 persons full head or more? Or do you need to buy more packs?

Hi Nichola, There is a thread at the beginning of all the hair threads re: hair suppliers and also you can use the search button above to find main suppliers being used. It's really trial and error to find a good consistent supplier.

Weft.
It depends on the final look you want to achieve and whether your client wants added length or just a bit more volume and what their natural hair texture is like. Thin to medium hair thickness you could maybe get away with using one weft (100g min) depending on whether is weft is double drawn or natural ratio which will be thinner at the ends. It's always better to have too much than not enough imo. You'll learn to judge how many packs you need more accurately as you gain more experience. Hth.
