Extra Glitter Coat with Shellac - Charging?

Just wondering what people charge for a glitter coat, ie 2 colour coats with a glitter polish coat over e.g. Mother of Pearl (not pot glitters)...in effect 3 coats are going on, do you charge extra for this service?

No I don't charge extra for any type of layering.

I do charge when its nail art. Dots, carving etc and I charge for foils, additives and loose glitter xx
