Can anyone recommend a good course for brow shaping and waxing, not HD as this is out my price range

HD is the brand name but there is quite a few precision brow courses and ranges that are very similar so I am sure you will find something suitable. Generally the kits included with the precision brow training are quite expensive as you get the full retail pack of all the brow products in different shades so whilst there is a bit of an outlay at first you will get this back in no time as you have the opportunity to earn money with the treatment as well as the retail sales x
