Hello!

I need some help in regards to Eyelash Extensions course- I've searched & read through most of the threads.

I decided on Nova Lash but couldn't find any courses in London so chose I~Lash as my second option. I have found (I hope this isn't speaking out of term) the sales people at their training place quite rude & that they were selling quite aggressively so now I don't think I want to go on the course!

Does anyone have any advice please??

I want to train with a good company even if it is expensive but I want them to be nice & friendly- not pushing me into it!

Sorry for the ramble!

Jane:confused:

Hi ya,

I had my training with Perfect Lash (they did the training through my local college so we got it at a reduced price). The training was good, although in my starter pack I was missing a x-tweezer as there was a mix up, but it was sent out to me within a few days. Aftercare is always as important as the training and I know they have quite a few training courses sites listed on their site.

So have a look at their website, they maybe worth considering.

(A girl who was on the course works at a health spa, and they use Nova lash but thinks Perfect Lash adhesive and lashes are much better).

My sister has trained in Nouveau Contour semi perminant lashes. She was very happy with training and back up. The seem a very professional outfit and well known. I love them they seem to last ages but maybe thats down to application.

Good Luck

I trained with this company and never had any problems with them, but i don't deal with the sales team,
i was lucky enough to be trained by the owner who is a lovely friendly person,
Angela Lamont 0870 446 1003 , give her a call hun and explain the problems that you have been having with her team, i am sure she will want to know and will help you all she can hth

I trained with Angela as well and she was brilliant. The starter kit is such a decent size as well.

I have just trained with Marvel Lash, although the training was good I know I shall need a lot of practice before being let loose on the paying public! One day just isn't enough. I had lashes applied by others on the course and they either fell off or were stuck to more than one lash!
Good luck

I trained with Xtreme Lashes. I'm in the US but they have people all over the world. The training was amazing. There was 1 instructor for every 6 or 7 students. So tons of one on one.
Here are some of the lashes I've done... these were just a few days after training, so I wasn't fast enough to get a lot of lashes on her.

Fantastic pics. Love them.

hi jane im not sure if you have found an eyelash company to train with but im a trainer for a company called lash fx which is a sub division of lash perfect i train in hertfordshire i can come out to train in salon.

i think for any new eyelash practitioners the best advise i can give you is find a company that offers aftercare at the end of the phone, which we offer at anytime.

any questions feel free to email me

Hi everyone!

I trained with Eyelash Emporium.
Its in buckinghamshire, which is 2 miles from the closest London town.

1 Trainer and 4 students. I found it really great and the trainer, Wilma, is so lovely and helps you every step of the way after your training is finished. I found it cheaper than everywhere else and they have their own branded products too.

:) xxx

Hey,

We train Glam Lash extensions, we have 20% off at the moment. We also offer express lash workshops after your initial training. We are based in Romford Essex

This thread is over 2 years old so i assume she had already had her training!

Sorry to confuse you more.... But I have just finished a course with A.H Francis, they were brilliant, deffo know there stuff and no harsh selling either, they give you what you need and educate you towards what your client wants and needs also, which in turn, brings repeat custom.
I was so impressed with them as a whole I already can't wait to do my master class with them.
The BEST thing about the training is that they come to you!!! Excellent :)

Have you tried Hollywood lashes? Their brilliant!!! They come to you and are so friendly, really make you feel comfortable, defo worth a try!!!

Hi I'm in the south west and training with Filirties. I did my reserach thanks to salon geek and as they came top on alot of polls and they are more local yay!! I can't wait!!

Hi !!

I'm also interested in Eyelash Extensions and think im going to go with the Eyelash Emporium... Ive seen there with the Guild of Beauty Therapists, however I am wondering if this means I will be able to get insured?? Im currently with BAPTAC (or something similar, im terrible at spelling!!) as I work on a free lance basis. Or if anyone knows of any other companies I could train with that I would be able to get insured with as this is a major factor with who I choose to train with!

Thank you :)
