Hi.. One of the girls has recently done a set of eyelashes using Marvell glue.. We don't normally have any problems with this however the client kept squinting and squeezed a little glue into her eye..
She later went to a and e and had been given antibiotics and told it wasn't the lashes it was possibly the glue had irritated her eye,, I gave her a full refund and offered free treatment to say sorry for what had happened.. The next day she asked how to take off the lashes as they weren't on straight after she messed around with them and I suggested she let her eyes rest incase she did any damage, she ignored me and had another random therapist come to the house and had them removed!!! Two days after this she has now asked for my insurance details as she may need to claim loss of earnings and incase she needed glasses or eye tests in the future.. My question is who's fault is it really??
