Eyelash Perm Thuya or Salon system?

Hi I trained using Salon systems and the results so far have been ok however on saturday I did a friends lashes (her lashes are very straight) and there was very little difference when I had finished the treatment.
So the first question is could her lashes be resistant?

I have a Thuya kit I bought last year and never opened due to not knowing how to use it due to no fixing lotion there is only the perming lotion and collagen in there. Does anyone use it and know how long to leave it on for? (it comes with no guidelines)

I have said I will do them again foc for her so any advice would be welcome :sad:

Ellisons do a thuya introductory kit which is in sachets and also includes a dvd on how to perm and eyelash tint i think you can do about 5 perms and lots of tints.Thuya - Ellisons it is under £15 pound so well worth it.
