Eyelashes parents signing?

Hiya,

I’ve got a 17yr old who is coming for eyelashes with me but her parent can’t come as disabled. Is it ok if she takes away the form for her parent to sign and then come back and bring to me?

Is your insurer requiring parental consent as usually 16yr olds are legally entitled to give consent to medical treatment unless they suffer from mental impairment. Therefore, I’d expect a 17yr old to be able to consent to non invasive beauty treatments without requiring permission from a parent.
