Eyelashes wouldnt stick ???

Hiya
I have been practising non stop with the eyelashes and had become really confident with them .
until last night , I had a lady done all the usual cleaned them primed them waited for lashes to dry , went to stick them on started off fine then some of them where just sliding off her lashes they wouldn't stick for any thing some stuck but others wouldnt it was so strange .
Its not my glue as I had used it just the day before and I have not had this problem any one else does any one know what this may be ??
I felt bad taking the money off her to be fair I got a few in but no way as many as I could of.
Im charging minimal at the moment to get the practice in , but I just wanted to know if any one has had this problem before ?:o

ok so I asked her to comeback today so I could get some more lashes in same thing ...although got more in but for 3 hours work ( altogether ) not much on there , do you think it could be hormone changes ?? natural oils ? she said she is not on medication does have implant , any suggestions :o?
