Eyelashes

One of my regular client has been coming for over a year, and at first her eyelash extensions stayed in perfectly for 3 weeks.. And recently hers have only been lasting a week and half? I really dont get it x

has she started taking any new medication? has she changed her skincare routine? is she still following aftercare advice? have you changed anything?

i have to say ive got a similar problem with a long standing client - her past 3 top ups she has had one bald eye! as in...completely bald after just a week. i havent changed anything and neither has she. its so strange...the other eye is perfect when i see her, its just this one.
