EZ Flow HD and a client with cracking nails

Hi all, I've recently switched to HD which i love but I have one lady who said that the other day she was moving the pouffe (stool) and one of her nails cracked right across the white.
She has asked me if any other clients have had this problem but they havent. Well no one has said anything to me.
I was just wondering if i could be doing something wrong at all

Likely she was a bit heavy havded and caught her nail when moving the stool. She said it happened when moving the stool anyways! :hug:

nail enhancements arent indestuctable so they do break sometimes.the fact that she told you how she did it means that it was an accident rather than something you've done.
we all break nails sometimes.x
