EzFlow Alternatives Gel it

Hi all, I am new to this site but mainly to ask a question, is anyone out there having a problem with Gel It Alternatives from EzFlow, I have sent mine back and have asked for a refund it is so unpredictable.

Hi, thank you for the reply, I was wondering if anyone else had had problems with Alternatives the Soak Off Gel by EzFlow, I found it absolute rubbish to work with and very unpredictable in all cases. Lifting was a big issue no matter what I did.:twisted:

Have you trained to use it properly by EZFlow themselves.
You havent filled our profile details in properly so it is hard for us to give advice as we dont now if you have brought it from ebay or if you actually trained properly to use it.
Are you using the Gel it lamp or a lower wattage cheaper lamp?
There are many reasons why you may be having problems with it.
If you are using a different lamp to the one that has been designed to work with the gel then that could be where your problems lie.
Where did you do your training?
Sorry I cant of more help but without knowing more info from yourself you may find many less inclined to give answers as we dont know if you are self taught or properly trained.

Hi, I was trained and have been a Bio Tech for 10 years, wanted a change as Bio seem to have forgotten that customer service means a lot.
Using all the right kit and was trained well....naff product.

I don't really understand the point of your post you are not asking a question, you are not telling us what your problem is so we can help you, so its a pretty pointless thread!

Sorry, I realise I didn’t make myself clear Gemsie1983! I thought I was going mad as I kept having problems with Alternatives and no matter what I was being told by my educator, nothing worked and so I started to doubt myself. As I mentioned, I was a BIO user but never had problems such as the ones I was having with Alternatives. I suppose I wanted some reassurance that I’m not going mad! Hence I wanted to know who else had problems? It’s ok, I have had people contacting me through PM’s so I feel better about it now, it’s not just me! I’m glad I have resolved the problem.”

You could try converting to Calgel..Great product and great customer service and their training?business centre is by the airport in Luton so not that far from anywhere in herts.
