Does anyone use ezflow miracle shine with another buffer other than the snow monkey and does it work as well x

It would have to be something similarly soft, I'd imagine. It really does produce an amazing and long lasting shine, though. 
You can use Miracle shine on the grey side of a Killer Whale buffer...but you need to let the miracle shine dry first. So I suppose you can use it dry on any buffer.
It works best wet on the chamois leather side of the Snow Monkey though IMHO

It does give a beautiful shine, which really lasts, using the Snow Monkey xx
i have tried using it with other buffers, but best results are produced if used with snow monkey or as Izzidoll was saying below with whale buffer or any other 3 way buffer. You can put a couple of dots on the grey side of the buffer and let it dry for 2-3 min, it gives you truly miracle shine in seconds.
