Facebook booking system

Hi,
Iv seen on our Facebook business page that’s now doing a booking system which in theory sounds great as we get a lot of customers from Facebook.
But just wondered if anyone has used it?
And could people book multiple apps and not turn up/be time wasters etc?

I use FB to book apps and I've found it to be really good. You have the option to approve appointments before they're confirmed which means that you have the opportunity to have a brief conversation with the client over Messenger beforehand (useful if they need a patch test etc. before the appointment as you can discuss this). Also, it has some very useful features which have helped me out such as reminding the client the day before the appointment that they have an appointment. It's a free service so it's not "all singing and dancing" but it does a good job of keeping me on track
