Facebook long number?

Sorry I guess this has been asked on numerous occasions but I couldn't find an answer to my question.

I've created a face book page and I need to give people my link which is Rosie's hair and beauty then comes a long number. Is there a way of changing this to a more memorable link.

People think I'm joking when I ask the following.

What is the point in asking every Tom dick and Harry to like your fab page???

You need to have a certain number of likes first.... Can't remember what it is, think it was 100 a few years ago, don't know if that's changed any
