Hi all

Just after some advice really, i am looking for a new facial range but can't really afford to lay out thousands of pounds on a range at this time.

I'm looking for something which has a good retail line as well. I know Dermalogica is a really good range but its just too pricy for me at the mo.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good range that's a realistic price.

Thanks very much
Nik
xx:hug:

I've just gone with Eve Taylor for this very reason. I'm very happy so far. They have no minimum order, but do have a very good range with great results.

Clients also like it as it is aromatherapy based and smells great!

I second that chick. I love it xx

yep me to for eve taylor :green:

Eve Taylors great!! Same basic principles as Dermalogica but about half the price.....if not more! Great range, quality ingredients, good price!

Me too!! I use Eve Taylor. Not only do they not have a minimum order but clients can't buy it cheaper than salon prices. You wont find it on places like ebay so clients are more likely to buy from you:)

ive just changed to moor spa and its lush
had some very good results from it all and the clients are raving about it
retail doesnt cost an arm and a leg, its all natural products

Thanks for that i'll def have a look at Eve Taylor, seems a unaminous choice!

Thanks again
Nik
xx:)

I use Moor Spa too, again no minimum order and they are always there to help if you need it. They tailor the products to you and you just get what you want. I love it. I think it is cruelty free too although I believe ET is too. Great huge samples you get too! Lx

I agree, Eve Taylor...you just can't go wrong..their constantly developing new products also which is great. You can gain alot of extra profits from retailing too as the products are reasonably priced and people don't feel ripped off when they are buying. Give them a call.

Thanks for the kind words guys.

Nichola, I would say don't rush your choice. Try the products before you buy and get feed back from your clients as well if you can.

Hi Nichola,
i agree would defo be asking companies to send out samples or see if you can attend a training day ?? I use Academie Paris, again no minimum order and really good products.
you can have a look online to find your nearest distributer Academie Scientifique de Beaute GmbH

Hi Calla/All,

I tried to bid on the age-resist day cream that was listed on e-bay to see if I could buy it and the Seller told me they had to take the listing down due to an Eve Taylor Company warning which I was extremely impressed by...you have to be really happy with a company that searches the internet for this type of thing don't you. To be honest I wouldn't buy from ebay anyway, it's more about reputable distributors selling below the RRP which bothers me and you won't find that with Eve Taylor which is brilliant.

Shame they didn't catch the toner before it sold!

I put my brand new eve taylor mobile kit on there as i brought the full salon and retail kit and they sent me the same email first thing monday morning 2 days after i listed it  you never see eve taylor stuff on there :green:

Yes, pity, however the fact that they are warning sellers on ebay is great. I saw another one on ebay yesterday with a 7 day listing and it has been removed today due to a warning no doubt....It's great having this type of support. A friend of mine not to far from me uses Dermalogica in her salon and the poor thing loses an awful lot of retail sales to ebay and even worse reputable distributors that sell at about 1/3 cheaper than her!

Eve Taylor search ebay daily and other internet sites to prevent this sort of thing happening which i think is highly commendable. Try searching for dermalogica on ebay-there's loads!
Not only is their range fab but they genuinely care about their customers and i for one don't mind paying that little but more for great customer service and a company that cares.

I am new to the site and like you currently looking for a new range. I am going to check out Eve Taylor and Moor Spa..plus a couple of other suggestions. See thread entitled Facial products in case there is anything there to help you. :)
