Facial waxing using Environ moisturisers

Hi guys, I've a client who uses environ moisturisers, she's on level 3 at the minute, and I'm just concerned about her continuing with her facial waxing, Ive been reading up and trying to find an answer but to no avail. Do I need to ask her to stop using her moisturiser for a few days prior to her facial waxing? And how long should she not use it for afterwards? So many products with retinols in them now and I'm petrified of causing a burn.

Your client should refer to her Environ stockist for advice. That’s their job not yours!

I don’t have an issue with level 3. I use a gentle hot wax.

when the skin is lovely and soft - like black skin - be very wary. I’m usually ok with outback Organics Opal wax, but I can thread so I have other options.
