Hi Geeks

I sprayed a client in Fake bake dark on friday (she is also a friend) I also got sprayed in it myself it did not seem to look very brown brown the next day I would only call it a nice light brown colour and it was gone after 2 days . I e mailed my friend to see how her's was and she said the same it was lovely people commented on it but it was gone within a couple of days. When I spray in sienna x I get a good 7 days from my tan am I doing something wrong when spraying with the fake bake, I have sprayed lots of people in fake bake and had no complaints so Im baffled as to what went wrong this time.

Any ideas

This will probably seem like a dumb question but did you thoroughly shake the bottle before hand? x

Hiya kylie

Yes I did I always do that before and my client had preped her skin no products on it.

I had a client on Friday and sprayed her with darker - she left it on 8 hours but it did not develop at all - when she came into the party my chin nearly touched the floor I could not believe it!!!! She was going away on Saturday so I had to give her a bottle of airbrush to take away with her

A couple of my clients don't think fake bake is dark enough?!?!?!?

So Cassi what did you do about your client? Was she cross it didn't last long enough?

Hiya

As she is a friend she was not really too bothered she has had tans from me before with no problems so she knows it was problem with the solution this time but I still feel awful as she was on a hen weekend away and wanted to look nice. I also sprayed two new clients with it and I was expecting them to be on the phone complaing they haven't but im worried that their tans wont last or look as good as usual. I cant belive the same thing happened to you was your client upset?. Im thinking of just offering Sienna x from now on at least I wont be worring myself sick that every tan develops ok  do you think I should contact the two new clients or does that look a bit unprofessional hello was your tan rubbish?

Firstly - I love Fake Bake. But lately I've found that it hasn't been lasting as long as it used to.
I thought that it was just me, but my daughter (who is my 'best' non-paying customer !!!!!) remarked on it too.
Bottle was shaken, application was as normal and the stock was bought about Feb and has been stored correctly.
I keep meaning to phone them and enquire whether the formula has been changed.
Hmph:grr:
