HI

I an trained in doing fake bake tan but not really done any since christmas but have had a few bookings lately, i invested in some of the salon gold tan to use instead of the original but find that when i rub it in i start rubbing it off again and looks patchy(if that makes sense) and the one that i did the tan didnt take very well, and i am not sure what i am doing wrong, i do put plenty of tan on :(

any advice would be gratefully received X

the salon gold is for older clients chick or thats what i was taught on the training course, it is more golden than tanned, i wouldnt use the gold as a salon treatment unless i thought it was appropriate, in my opinion i find that the original cream is not the same colour as the spray tan original formula, i find the sparay tan original formula is darker.
when i apply the original cream (NOT THE GOLD FORMULA,i've never used gold in the salon) i do about 3-4 pumps for leg, i rub in all over, it looks like mud, cover all the white skin and then leave it streaky, move to the next leg and do the same then go back to the 1st leg on rub lightly over (i am assuming that you wear the purple rubber gloves) and the streaks sort of disapear, its like they just rub away if you get what i mean?
do this for the whole body.... apply then leave.....apply next area then go back and blend previous area etc etc
hope this helps
