Hi all,

I am really nervus writing this thread as dont no what sort of response it will get.

Ive been thinking for a long time bout changing my caree and have decided to do beauty, I done spray tan training last year and loved it so now looking at more courses.

I idealy want to do NVQ level 2 in beauty but work full time and cant find a courses with suitable hrs and was wondering on fast track training?

I was wondering with fast track training and lots a work experience, even tho it want be to NVQ level, weather i can apply to work as a beauty therapists down the line?

Iam under no illusion that by doing a 1 day course iam fully trained because i know i want be but do you have to be NVQ qualified to apply for jobs?

Thanks you for your time.

As long as you get enough practical experience and the course cover's all the correct thing's in theory..there's no problem.
I think perhaps do some work experience inpaid in a local salon..where abouts in the UK r u?

I did a year course first in Beauty till i got to facials but i left and then went and covered everything i'd done in fast track training as i knew it all already so was a lot better for me, personally even though i was young at the time i wish i'd saved up and gone private instead of a local college, but that's me and my opinion other people will have different views.xx
