Feedback on Callus Peel

Its Barry here , i originally launched Callus Peel in the UK 2 years ago and have recently arrived back from Australia where we introduced Callus Peel last year.
Looking for some feedback on the product

* Is the treatment still doing well?

* What can we do to improve the product

* Do you sell treatment all year round

Why the crying face?!
I use this all the time and it's fantastic.
I would really like it if there were packs of 4 patches, as well as the 2 patch pack as I seem to have a lot of feet that are REALLY bad on both heel and on the metatarsal pad.

It would be great also if the startup packs could be with and without the finishing cream. I use Creative's Raw Earth pedicure and often carry out CP treatment with the pedicure so use the Foot Rub cream instead of your finishing cream.

Call me pedantic but can you get the spelling errors fixed on the product and the marketing material, please? It should be "softener", not "softner"!

I love the product and so do my clients - it works extremely well!

I have regular clients all year round.

I think the product is fab, it is selling all year round.

I would like it if we could have some more after/retail care bar the moisturising cream.

But apart from that the treatment is brill and fits into all of my pedicures as an extra or just as a treatment on its own.

I haven't had that much success with it at all really despite leaving the product on sometimes for as long as 30-40 minutes. I had quite a few that were black when I opened the pack and I haven't ordered any more.

It would be useful if you could tell me where I am going wrong with the product.

I've used loads of these packs and not one of them has been black - did you send it back?
Do you wrap up the foot in clingfilm and leave it for 15 mins? I've always been delighted with the results. I'm wondering whether you had a faulty batch...

Once I managed to get my client to try it they have loved it.

The only thing I wish is that the after peel lotion had a better smell to it. I dont think is really a pleasant smell and I am sure it would retail better if there was a better frangrance.

i used to use it in a salon i worked in, it went well but i also think packs of 4 aswell as two should be availible but on the whole was impressed with it not sure if they still use it but i liked it! definately used more in the summer!!

i use it all year round and i have also had a couple of black ones........
it would be good to have a patch that covers the whole of the sole of the foot as some expect me to do the whole of the foot.

i agree the cream could smell better x

Hi, it's going down well in my salon....but defo agree with the idea of four in a pack...most of my clients with callus on the heel also have it on the ball of the foot. Hope this helps x

Since i live in Greece I haven't heard of this product and after an internet search I made, people claim that it really works and that it has very nice results.
Does someone know if there is adistributor in my country that has it? Or even a site where I can order it from?

I bought in the Callus Peel a while ago & introduced it at a special introductory price & everyone was so pleased with the results they now have it as part of every pedicure! The great thing is that it has allowed me to increase the price of the pedicure without altering the time taken (I do the nails & cuticles whilst the wrap is working), thus increasing it's profitability. I likewise would be greatful for a four-pack as sometimes the metatarsel pad is as bad as the heels.

Therapist wise it makes my job a lot easier & the feedback has been really good client wise as they are getting smoother heels!

I have personally never seen one of these black patches - I'm starting to feel left out!

I wouldn't say that it has been really popular for me but those who have tried it are amazed by the results, as am I!! I have found that I had more bookings during spring and summer, but not into autumn or winter.

Think the idea od having a 4 pack of patches is excellent , makes a lot of sense
All the products are available individually so you do not have to take the mosituriser
Agree about the spelling errrors , some work does need doing on this , will get onto the manufacturer and see what we can do.

Thanks for the feedback and your comments , we have been doing some work on the size of the patch , also done some tests , so will keep you updated.

Regarding the Black patches you have , please let us know about this in future and return them for credit
