Need some strong advice
So here's my situation
1. I use to work for a lady in a salon (employed)
2. She let me go self employed after 2 years as she couldn't afford to pay me and overheads of having me etc
3. I earn more now I'm self employed which is great
4. I still feel unhappy. Most of the clients still want to go to her as she has a very established client base. I work so hard and I know I put in 110%.
5 . I do have regular clients but still not enough
6. She doesn't like advertising and has got annoyed I've made my own FB page and promote myself as she still wants it all to be on the main FB page even tho I'm now self employed. Ive said time and time again I need more clients but she doesn't like bombarding clients.
7. I feel so rubbish that I'm either doing something wrong and can't keep clients or people just prefer talking to her.
8. I know I'm taking it all personally but it's hard not too.
Should I just go on my own and get out of this salon ?
