I have seen some salons here that offer Fiberglass/Silk with Gel. I was wondering why do you put gel instead of resin?

And if you offer Gel service why do you need to put the Fiberglass layer?
Does this make it stronger?

Do you offer this kind of service?

There is no reason to put both together if you are using a high quality UV Gel. I don't personally care for fabric wraps, they don't have a great long term record for me, but since using Brisa I have never had any problems, and don't need to add strength from a piece of silk. ;)

Just my two cents ;)

I will sometimes use a layer of silk with gel when a client has a broken natural nail, one that has broken low down. I have found it to be quite successful in holding the nail together and keeping the overlay very thin.
