I am a little confused Geeks 
I am learning gradually and reading like mental but I can't find an article I flicked through about different file and buffer types and what to use them for
Can anyone help with either knowing the article I am on about ( I am bloomin sure it was on here) or another source for what grit types are for what and so on pleaseeee
Also, can anyone please tell me - the washable files and buffers you can get : do I wash them and then clean in disinfectant?
