This is the first full set I have done on myself. Completed (as took me a couple days lol) 2 nights ago.
I definatley do better work on a client. I struggled with my right hand (being right handed), but took a tip off here and did that hand first!

They are all sculpted except one finger...dont know why, but i tipped it thinking it would be easier! But no, it wasn't so sculpted them all.

I am putting a link with photobucket as I tried to upload a pic here not long ago and it wouldn't do it.
Please let me know if the link doesn't work. I used Direct Link option in photobucket.

Oh, and I have checked the boxed I wanted for critique, including the submit the above ratings box....but it never works

Thankyou :)

I didnt critique as i dont feel right in doing so.. Well done.. they look fab for sculpting on yourself.. All i will say is they look a touch flat.. and the smiles a bit far up the nail bed on a few.. but hey.. far better then i can do and i like the colour! good on you for being brave!

thankyou...yes i agree some are flat. the smiles are up a little bit as im not too flash on custom blending yet...so i used intense pink and hoped for the best lol

I do agree that some of your smiles are bit far up, but with that colour it doesn't make them look stumpy.

I think your apex is a bit to far towards zone 1.

The tips flare out a touch, try to keep your sidewwalls parallel.

Your smiles are nice and neat and I really like the length & colour.

Overall I'd say, lovely nails.

I think you've done a fab job, sculpting on your own nails is hard. I agree re them needing more apex and would love to see another pic of them after rebalancing :D
