hi everyone,
have been a bit of a lurker on here. i finished an beauty therapy NVQ level 2 course last month and I've applied for a job yesterday, met with the ownder today (she's a hairdresser but has a set up for a salon as well) and now she wants me to do a trade run on her tomorrow eve!
So nervous bout it as it's been ages a few months since i've done a mani and pedi !!
Anyhow apart from all the general nerves I have there is also the WAXING, which i hate....she seems to have this roller to wax with never used it bfr so can anyone give me advice on the type of wax that's in it and any other info that might help as i've always just used hot wax and spatulas.

advice greatly appreciated.
many thanks.

Hi there it will be soft wax as you use with pot and spat it is easy to use you just roll it on and strip wax as you would with the spat method, I have the clean and easy roller wax system there are different size rollers from different parts of the body large - legs, chests etc, med - bikini, underarm etc, there is then one sized between the med and small one - for lip, chin and the small one for eyebrows, just hold it upside down to let the wax run down and roll on, its really that easy. Explain to the owner that you havn't used a roller system before as you use pot and spat and i'm sure she will understand. HTH xx

thanks for our advice. hopefully the nerves will not get the better of me. i'm glad to be given the opportunity of a trade test as most places won't let you have a look in if you don't have experience in the industry.
fingers x'd i pull it off.

the roller sounds easy enough in theory, thanks for running through it. x
