Heya this is me first time posting a thread so sorry if its not very good. I done a set of gel nails on a client last week and they are lifting already. I wouldnt normally have this problem but dropped my lamp and all the bulbs fell out. This happened right before I started her nails. I had to keep adjusting the bulbs as they kept dimming. I am fixing her nails tomorrow but Im using acrylic and was wondering should I jus do the pinks or file down the whole nail and do the whites and pink.

best to start again, don't you think?

The gel is probably not cured at all, and it would be sensible not to paper over cracks as it were

Hello Yes I would start again as the gels are not cured so then this is a risk of overexposure and that is not worth the clients health and that is probably why they are starting with problems

Yeah your right no point in doin half a job. Should I buy a new lamp or is there anywere I could get it fixed. Its like the bulbs arent staying in the sockets.

i'd say buy a new lamp. And maybe someone might fix the old one. and you could keep that as a spare. (but only if you are sure its working properly)

Thanks for the help going to fix them now so later x:smack:
