Foil?!

hiya has any one tried foil on the nails and how long do they last?!

Are you talking nail art foils? If so they last quite long provided they are adhered correctly, you have to let the adhesive go transparent completely before you apply foil...for a sec when I read your post I thought you meant tinfoil, but funnily enough it does actually work, we did them at a show during Fashion Week, it looked really cool. x

Be sure and get their glue. I bought some foil, they were out of the glue, bought some at a craft store, had no luck with it. The foil wouldn't adhere to the glue. Hope you have better results.

word of advice with these too peel off the foils plastic coating as fast as you can as if u pull slowly sometimes it doesnt lift well

we did foils when i trained at college I could never get the hang of them and mine always looked rubbish so that has put me off for life lol

Oh don't give up they have a fab look just take a bit of practice and good adhesive, you really have to put it on evenly and wait for it to completly clear, not everyone can do full fingers why not try using the metallics to do zebra stripes or just the tips you will be amazed
