Does anyone know if the Footsie Bath liners fit in the Belava foot spa. Unfortunately I bought a Footsie Bath off of E-bay and it stopped working after 5 times. The lady I bought it from claimed she used it one time and she included 100 liners for free, so it was a great deal. I loved it the five times I was able to use it. I contacted Footsie Bath but I don't know if they are going to help me since I purchased it on Ebay (last time I do that with something electronic). Anyway, I simply cannot afford a new Footsie Bath right now, so I was thinking of buying the Belava starter kit until I can get a new Footsie Bath, but I have 100 liners of the Footsie Bath left. I saw a post that said the Belava liners do not fit Footsie Bath because they are too big, but what about the other way around? Thanks in advance:)

Hi sorry to hear about your footsie bath, but im just wondering how much you paid on Ebay for this?

I'm not sure if the footsie liners actually fit inside of the Belava, but I do know we have both at the spa. We really only use the Footsie though. I know the Footsie liners would definitely be way too tall for the Belava. But if they would fit inside the bottom I suppose you could just fill the water only as high as the Belava container...

Oh, and for what it's worth, we never use the Footsie unit plugged in. We just fill it with hot water. And if it starts to cool off before the end of service we refill it with hot water from the nearby tea kettle. :)

Hate to say it but this why its always best to purchase products and equipment from reputable sources...thats why we call it FLEABAY!! You just cant be sure what you'll get.:irked:

I know this is going to sound weird but maybe you could try it anyway. My footsie bath sometimes stops working if the cord is slack it has to be really stretched for some reason otherwise it stops.

The belava is effectively just a bowl isn't it ? Its not heated or anything ? If so why don't you just use the footsie bath without plugging it in ? If the other one is non electrical then you may as well just use the one you've got.

Contrary to popular belief there are some genuine sellers on eBay...

Thanks everyone. Yes I had a "spacey moment" when asking that question. Of course I could just use my footsie bath unplugged instead of purchasing the Belava footbath.
Anyway, good news is that I contacted Footsie Bath. They were super helpful and I am so grateful. They told me that had a batch of footbaths that were defective in the way that mine was (they were able to tell mine was part of this batch by checking the production #). They are sending me a refurbished demo unit and I just had to pay for the shipping. They said this was something they wouldn't normally do since I purchased it over e-bay but that they would help me out since it was part of the defective batch.
I am so glad this situation turned out well. Not only did I love the way the Footsie Bath works (especially the sanitary aspect and that it keeps the water warm) but now I am pleased with Footsie Bath customer service. They got me as a customer for life now.
