Shellac newbie

Hi all
I have a new client who came to me as a last ditch attempt with shellac, she has lovely nails and she has never been able to keep shellac or gelish on with other techs so we tried smoothing gel and shellac.
2 days in she's text me saying one as peeled. She's been perfect with aftercare bless her as she was so chuffed with them
She is a distributor for forever living and uses all the aloe gel and takes tablets etc, does anyone have experience of these products affecting gel polishes?
I'm 100% my prep was perfect and I double scrubfreshed aswell
Just out of Interest if anyone has this prob really or if she is just not able to keep it on her nails
