Hi all,
I need some great advice right now!
I am freelance beauty therapist specialising in intimate waxing and nail treatments. I have 4 contracts within some major corporate firms in the city. I go to each one a different day of the week. I have been doing this for six years and have built up a fanatic loyal clientele, I work my own hours
And can take holiday when I want (not that I ever do lol)
I provide my own stock and equipment and give each company a small cut of my takings. They take my bookings and provide me with fresh towels and a nice little treatment room.

Now here is the problem! I am not getting any younger and I would love to start a family soon. The only reason I haven’t is because I am absolutely terrified of taking even 6 months off and returning to find my clients have all disappeared and found someone else and all that hard work down the drain and having to start over.

Ideally I know I need to find someone to take over and look after the business when I’m away but where do I even start? I need someone who I can trust not to steal, someone who is experienced and reliable... have any of you left your clientele in the hands of someone while on maternity or travelling?

Any advice would be amazing!
Thanks in advance
