French Gel

Hi I am having trouble doing a french free edge with gel. I never seem to get the right thickness either its too thick and bulbous or if I apply it thinner it looks patchy. Although I wipe the back of the smile line I still dont get the perfect smile line, any advice grateful, feeling a little disheartened.

all i can advise is practice. practice, practice! and practice PERFECTLY! Take your time and with time you will become better.. are you long trained?

Thanks will watch the young nails video. I trained about a year ago but due to a change in circumtances never properly got going, just coming back to it maybe not given myself chance to pick it up. Like you say I will put more practice in and hopefully get there, but just so keen to get going I want to be doing the perfect french soon.

Thanks for the info have just tried the technique on some tips seems to be better. Going to practice more now on real nails, thank you again I think this as really helped.:lol:
