French nails or Minx for a Bride?

Hi all,

I need ideas on what to do with a bride that has just come to me. She has left everything with me in terms of her nails as she doesn't really mind. I was just wondering if you could give me ideas if I should do a french nail polish / french gel enhancement or probably a minx design. If you have any ideas with french, could you also give me some simple bridal inspirations in terms of simple nail arts that I can also add as well. Any picture will be greatly welcome. Thanks

Why not see her dress and draw ideas from its design?

Yes she said the colour is ivory----just not sure if I should do a french or minx and if I go for french, I don't want a simple dull french----I'm not used to nail art that's the issue. Thanks for the quick reply.

I have just done my nails with the glitter tips from young nails. This colour is so suttle it really fab. it looks a little strong but when applied its like silver with a rainbow glitter mix through it. You can only see this when its against the lights.

Maybe on the ring finger do a couple of flicks in silver and whatever colour the bridesmades are wearing. this is a gorgeous effect and quite easy to do.

I would have asked to see the dress anyway or the jewelry she is going to put on or if she will have any decorations in her hair... Etc Etc Etc That way you will know for sure you won't use say some colour that wouldn't match..
It's a pity.. When a client gives you a free hand to choose a design it's such a pleasure!

There is a pic in my album of the young nails hologram glitter tips if you want to see them on so to speak. I did a set of bridal nails yesterday and instead of using the standard white for the tip I used a white glitter by young nails Diamond Dust I think its called and some art and stones on the ring finger really simple but really effective. hth. Cx
