Hi,

I've got a client (bride) for manicure next week. At the moment I use cnd nail polishes and so far I have tried a French look using beau, negligee and cream puff. I was just wondering if anyone could recommend any beautiful colour that would really suit a bride on her wedding day. French look will be preferable but any suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks

i do mine with cream puff and moonlight and roses , looks fab x

Sheer Contentment. My fav, ESP for brides :)

i use cold shoulder and nail gloss. cold shoulder is an off white shimmer enamel...lovely it is!!

I don't use cnd enamel (yet) however I gave my friend a french manicure last night as she is getting married tomorrow and I used a creamy white and pink and then used a shimmer just on the white. She wanted something simple but pretty so that's what we agreed on.

I like this too! What kind of bride is she?
nail gloss or clearly pink are fab sheer colours
cold shoulder is a shimmer white
or classic is cotton fluff n cream puff
shimmer with negligee

Thanks guys for all the replies. I think I'll go for sheer contentment, cold shoulder and nail gloss for now. Also was wondering if I can get recommendations on nice colours to buy (cnd of course). I'm increasing my polish range---at the moment I only have 10 colours as I do a lot of gel treatments but I would like to broaden my range of colours for my manicure and pedicure clients to choose from.
Thanks

Any recommendations guys?:)

I'd say wait........ they are bringing out a new range in september! xxxx

I also take into account the clients skin tone and colour of her dress. I would never french manicure a bride wearing an ivory dress, I would either buff to a high shine or paint in a nude colour such a Basil Street by Nails Inc. However if it was a white dress then i would have no hesitation painting a french. Again look at the skin tone, french pink, negligee, romantique or beau by Creative or Essies Madamoiselle is a lovely pink.
