Friends dragging you down

I have a best friend that's similar... Everything I try to do she's done better, you know what I mean?

People like that are crabs... Someone close told me that a bunch of crabs can never escape the bucket they're trapped in if they keep dragging each other down. Instead they need to help each other out. Lol dunno if that made any sense xx

I used to envy girls that had a big group of friends that used to all stick together and go out on big nights out etc. I was never one to have a lot of friends. Iv now realised (after having a lot of "friends" take advantage) as long as you have family that's all that matters. Friends come and go but family is always there. Well sometimes! If I start to notice a friend taking advantage or not really making much effort then I cut them off, they're not worth it xx
