London Fashion Week has come to an end for another season. You'll have to wait another six months for the fashionistas to return (slightly late of course), and for the West End to be full to the brim of fashion and beauty editors grasping coffee cups as they rush, sleeplessly, from show to show. For now though, you can enjoy the last moments via our Front Row Seat features, which today is looking at Nails Inc.'s collaboration with Vivienne Westwood Red Label.
The Red Shoes, by Hans Christian Andersen, set the scene for Vivienne Westwood Red Label SS14 and Nails Inc. describe the nails as a "visual and metaphorical interpretation of this". The look was intense - long, vibrant, St James red nails with jagged sections cut out of the tips.
While they make me want to compulsively take a nail file to them, they are combined with arresting make up, there's no doubt this look is typical 'Westwood' and for that alone, we grant it the badge of fabulousness.
